SERVICE Our service starts before we sign the contract. Our first task is to understand your needs. Our staff will create a recovery process designed to ensure that we are working your accounts in a way that will produce the maximum recovery. We follow a 100-point checklist, to make sure all issues are discussed and your wishes are recorded accurately. Promises...promises.
We feel it is critical for our clients to be able to accurately predict how much we will recover for the coming year. So that is what we do. We forecast our recovery over the next 12 months and mail monthly updates that show our progress. Our actual recovery is typically within 95% of the forecasted value (and often higher). Monthly batch tracks are also produced to show the recovery produced from each of the last 12-months of placements.
