SELLING PROCESS

Why sell?
The primary reasons creditors chose selling accounts over traditional collection methods are...*
  1. (48%) Immediate Cash Flow.
  2. (39%) Expense and Staff Reduction
  3. (30%) Higher Rate of Return
  4. (15%) Predictable Recovery Rates
  5. (12%) Meet Short-term Goals
How does it work?
We audit a random sample of your delinquent accounts to determine a price. The process takes only a couple of hours. A contract and bill of sale is signed by both parties facilitating the transfer of ownership.

Should I sell?
Determining whether to sell accounts is a strategic decision involving many objective and strategic factors. From an accounting perspective, you should sell accounts if the price received exceeds the net present value of the net recovery generated from the current collection process. To calculate the net recovery, you will want to evaluate the following categories of recovery and expenses.
  1. Gross monthly recovery from delinquent accounts
  2. Internal collection expenses
  3. Third party collection expenses
  4. Overhead for all collections
