COLLECTION PROCESS
At the heart of our exceptional recovery rate, is a unique system of legal triage that quickly and efficiently identifies which accounts are likely candidates for litigation. All agency accounts are screened for legal action. Qualified accounts are scheduled for suit upon client approval. The remaining accounts are worked through an agency collection process. Approximately 20% of all agency placements are qualified for suit by the agency.
Work standards are followed for consistency and efficiency. The use of legal action as a collection tool improves recovery and reduces file life. Average file life is 6.2 months from placement to closure. Average liquidation for charged-off, unsecured, consumer credit is 18%.
